About the Crow’s Foot Stitch
The Crow’s Foot is a pretty-looking stitch that looks like a small package. It is an extension of the Sprat’s Head with the fabric plucked on all three sides of the triangle. This results in a woven and raised effect. It is a stitch that can be enjoyed as a motif or used to fill and texture a pace. It can also be easily used on even weave fabric.
How to do the Crow’s Foot Stitch
Fig 1: Start from corner A and pluck a little fabric at the corner of B. | Fig 2: Then, move to C and pluck some fabric at that corner. |

Fig 5: You will see a beautiful woven pattern emerging on all the corners. | Fig 6: At one point, you will see that the space is completely covered, but you keep going till your needle has passed through every part of the triangle’s outline. |
Fig 7: Your stitches will now go over the existing ones. | Fig 8: Your finished triangle will look like this. It will show an inverted triangle inside, made from overlapping threads. |
