Hi Sarah!
I managed to corrupt my ebook. Could you send me the link to download another copy. I can send you the details from the Paypal purchase for verification of purchase.
Hi Kelley,
I have emailed you with the download link. Please check your spam/junk folders too for the email in case it does not show up in your inbox.
Sarah
Hey thanks for these wonderful step-by-step tutorials. They are very helpful for beginners.
Thank you, Shalini. Glad that you liked our pages.
This is the completed heart pillow showing both sides. I filled it with lavender as my daughter in law likes lavender.
Hi Elaynn,
How lovely, this pair of lavender pillows. I am inspired to do a couple of my own! Thank you for sharing the pictures with us. 🙂 They are beautiful.
Hi again!
This is the second side of the lavender pillow that I am doing for my daughter in law. As you can see, it is different from the first side, but you still use the same stitches as in the first pillow.
I will be sewing it together today or tomorrow and I will upload it for you to see.
It isn’t perfect, but, I think it is ok to give to my daughter in law. This makes me feel good that I can accomplish something!
We are so happy that stitching this piece has made you feel good! 🙂 Waiting to see the finished work!
This is a real beginners project that I really enjoyed! I’m making a small lavender pillow for my daughter in law.
Here is the first side of the pillow. You ONLY need to use 5 stitches and they are all the first ones you learn: chain stitch; lazy daisy stitch; cross stitch; backstitch and French knot. I don’t feel quite comfortable doing the French knot, so, I sewed little seed beads.
This is the first side of the pillow that I have completed. I will upload the other side in a day or so.
Hi Elaynn,
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work here with us. The colors are pretty and the stitches are neat. 🙂 I am sure it will inspire many others to try out small projects like these.
Could you help me find the section on Finishing the Thread? When I click on Finishing the Thread in For Hand Embroidery Beginners, it takes me to Knotting the Thread.
Hi Marjorie,
I am sorry that “finishing the thread” was linking to the wrong page. Thank you for pointing it out. I have corrected it. Please go ahead and try again, and you will reach the right page this time. 🙂
A good portal to learn new techniques.
Thank you, Renuka. Happy that you are enjoying our pages.
