I found free projects in some sites.being an Indian some projects not in our taste . I just started practicing long n short stitch.can u give flowers ,fruits like strawberry needle painting project to us.i contacted Mary corbet to buy strawberry needle paint kit.yet notget any response.hw to shade ,which color we use,all are different in different projects .can u guide at least one project for each commonly using stitches . A Cross Stitched tag, with monogram. Borders are finished with Hedebo Stitch.
Made this Needle Case. Its completely hand stitched. Designed & stitched (the embroidery part), on the go. Stitches used:
Back Stitch, Bullion Stitch, Detached Chain Stitch, Fern Stitch, Fish Bone Stitch, French Knot Stitch, Hedebo Stitch, Lazy Daisy, Long & Short, Pistil Stitch (Elongated French Knot Stitch), Satin Stitch, Straight/Running Stitch, Stem Stitch, Woven Spider Stitch.
I am loving it, I wish to join the workshop, can you please tell me the appropriate address, timing, duration and fees for this workshop? And one more thing, I want to ask you, can you take it online if possible, if in case I am willing to come but if not possible, I can join it online. Please let me know as early as possible.

have been doing and teaching embroidery, crochet etc since long to the future designers ( design students) due to hectic schedule had not done much of embroidery for myself
after moving out of professional life in dec 2014 i restarted my journey as an individual and this embroidery project is one of them
working in 3d projects freehand is first time, these are components of the final work which will be uploading by tomorrow on my blog

1) ATC – Artist Trading Card – Windmill
* Pattern Source : Free pattern from the Internet, modified to suit the size.
* Stitches used : Cross Stitch
2) Personalised Bookmark
* Pattern Source : Its designed by me. Calligraphy converted to Cross Stitch pattern, using the pattern converter software & the 3LHJ, stitched on the go.
* Stitches used : Cross Stitch
3) ATC – Artist Trading Card – Monogram – Letter “L”
* Pattern Source : Mary Corbet’s Needlenthread
* Stitches used : Back Stitch for the outline of the letter, Satin Stitch to fill the letter, flower petals & the buds, Raised Fish Bone stitch for the leaves & Stem Stitch for the vines, French Knots Stitch for the centre of the flower. The borders are done using Blanket Stitch.
4) ATC – Artist Trading Card – Autumn Theme – Thanks Giving
* Pattern Source : Free Pattern on the internet.
* Stitches Used : The outline of the entire pumpkin is done using Back Stitch. The 3 wedges in the centre are filled using Long & Short Stitches & the last two wedges & the little hearts on the vine are done using French Knots, the vines & the leaf is stitched with Stem Stitch, the stalk of the pumpkin is filled with Satin Stitch. The border is stitched using blanket stitch & finished with Hedebo Stitch. The letters are done using Back Stitch & the smiley is done using Back Stitch & French Knot (eyes).
5) Personalised Baby Towel / Napkin / Burp Cloth
– Floral Monogram – Letter “A” (Pic 1 & 3)
* Pattern Source : Designed by me
* Stitches Used : Bullion Stitch, Bullion Knots, Button Hole Wheel Stitch, Chain Stitch, Cross Stitch, Fern Stitch, French Knot, Lazy Daisy, Raised Fish Bone Stitch, Stem Stitch, Straight Stitch (to fill), Whipped Stem Stitch.
