Embroidery Pattern: Wild Grass.
You will learn 3 Stitches At a Time –Coral Stitch, Ray Stitch, Tulip Stitch.
With the rains lashing down at this time, I see a lot of green around me. We often ignore the beautiful little wild plants that grow and bloom their tiny flowers. This pattern is inspired by the many wild grass and plants that grow here and there. They are a delight to the little butterflies and bees, and sometimes to those who care to stop and see their beauty. This pattern will go well over table linens and pillowcases too. Don’t forget to upload your finished work here!

The 3SAT Embroidery Project uses patterns and designs that will help you to learn the embroidery stitches quickly and easily. While most of us can learn the stitches, it is difficult to get a pattern where we can apply those stitches while learning. Also, not all of us are comfortable creating patterns to stitch. The 3SAT Project patterns are so easy that you can draw them just by looking at them. Or, just print them out and transfer them to your fabric. Each pattern uses only three stitches, making it super fun and easy to do! You can also use your own imagination and stitches to work over these patterns!

Swathy, thank you for sharing your beautiful work. I like the way you improved the flower part in the pattern and the colors are nice! 😍
Sara:
Your wildgrass pattern is simply beautiful…I am going to use it on a set of pillow cases.
Thank you so much for all your time spent so we can increase our embroider skills.

Dear Yvonne,
Thank you. I love making these tutorials for you. 🙂 I am delighted that you will apply this to your pillowcases. If possible, when done, do try to share a picture of them here. I would love to see them!
Thank you Sarah.
Very nice. I was thinking to sew on my dresses use the butterfly still finding the flowers. Do u think butterfly n bees can both go near the flowers. Some butterfly n some bees. Still thinking the design of my hands embroidery. God bless you amazing teaching. Amen.
Hi Ms. Khoo Hooi Bin,
Thank you! If you need more ideas of flowers, please also check the flowers project page: https://www.embroidery.rocksea.org/projects/flowers/
More flowers will be added to it.
I feel it might be better to keep either the butterfly or just the bees, instead of both. But, again, as the pattern develops, you might feel it is okay to have both of them. It also depends on how big your pattern will be and how much space you are going to take up. I have seen your earlier work and am sure you are very creative and will do a beautiful job! 🙂
